My general panorama of the city of Huancayo is not so good for many aspects and the great responsibility lies with the rulers. In several places there is an unpleasant smell of sewage, garbage thrown in some areas, many stray dogs and several main roads do not have traffic lights. Drivers do not respect or give preference to pedestrians or tourists. 20 years ago the city was more pleasant to visit.
