1 english speaking staff was bought in to help. No signage to explain anything. I spent an afternoon wrapping gifts and making the package secure for sending and they wouldn't send without seeing the contents. Re-wrap, my security fingerprint on each carbon copy of the mailing document, thought it was thorough. Still waiting for delivery 2 months later. Tracking number not working P.S. parcel arrived after 3 months. Whew!

Terrible service... There is only one person for shipments and he is in charge only of talking and talking, it takes almost 45 minutes to serve each client.... I do not recommend it
