Serpost post office, there is always a queue and only one staff attends and the delay is great in picking up something for at least 30 to 60 minutes is the wait, personal lack should hire more people, as far as the attention is regular there are times that there is a kind lady and others not; and the orders when they take you to your home do not call you to say that they are there or anything, but nevertheless they report as if they had gone, it is better to keep a constant track if you do not know anything about your shipment.
