Lousy service, everything is slow shipments arrive to PERU quickly but it takes more than a month in which they are cataloged as to go to pick it up because if you wait for them to take you to your home you stay 2 more months waiting. The attention of the staff is very bad they do not have an order they are not friendly, it is a pity.

Terrible attention. The lady attends grumpy and does not want to receive any questions and reluctantly dispatches. Above was the only visible staff. There was no one else. You just had to deal with her.

Slow, very slow. The place is horrible, the staff does what they can but their own infrastructure and archaic system do not help them. There are four cats and in their super messy store they have thousands of packages. Missing more staff or a more efficient system. The positive is that of more than 50 shipments that I had from abroad, I received them all. The slowest in four months and the fastest in 7 days from Asia (Using EMS)

I went for the first time to pick up an order and the attention was quick. I don't even need a tracking code, just my ID is enough. I went for the second time, but accompanying a friend. They told him that his order had not yet arrived, it is the second time they have told him that and according to 17track he has already been in the Serpost de San Miguel for 2 weeks. There is no doubt that only some of those on site are qualified for the job. Many there waste your time. That place needs an urgent reform.
