Now that urban and other companies deliver most of the packages, in serpost they take much longer to deliver those that arrive there. It is incredible that 6 months or more pass before a package reaches the hands of a postman!!!! too much inefficiency

It is getting worse. The hours of attention they indicate is not correct and they constantly make changes for those who collect and for those who send without prior notice through the web or other means, only when they arrive at the offices they find surprises. How awful!

Your attention is very bad. They have the package to distribute it but they tell you they can not deliver it because it is in process (order it by area and put it on their shelves) but this process can last a month. I paid for shipping because I wanted to have my product as soon as possible. The seller sent it fast but these gentlemen for not being ordered take a long time to deliver your product.
