It's the only place in Urubamba where you can send your international packages. Also you can pick up your orders from Alliexpress and Amazon.

Terrible service and staff. The first time I had to pick up a parcel, it took them 3 hours to open the premises because the staff had gone for lunch and, on top of that, when they arrived, they complained why don't I go pick up earlier. The second time, they called me to pick up a package, which actually had to be sent to my home in Rumichaca Baja, so that I could pick up the package. Once I arrive, not only do I see that the package had arrived 10 days before, but on top of that I go to the store to pick it up, they tell me that I have to pay them 50 cents for the call they made to let me know that my package had arrived! They are idle and mediocre who do not want to send the packages to the correct address. Terrible service, better is olva
