Terrible service. The parcels that I send are never delivered to the address and yet they update the tracking saying that they go to the address and no one opened the door. My last shipment appears as 'attempted delivery but no one was home' when I go to pick up the parcel they say that they have not received it at their office yet. Terrible attention poorly educated people without a vocation for service.

All the times that I have gone and packages that I have received have been in a good way. Due to the quarantine they have changed their hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, Saturday from 8am to 4pm and Sundays there is no attention. You can also write to them by WhatsApp at the number 945483707.

Very bad service The sign clearly indicates the opening hours. 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM however they close at 5:00 PM The couriers do not take the package to the address indicated, they call you or write to you to go in person to the office. If your package has arrived and you validated it via the web, you cannot pick it up without being called, otherwise they will tell you that it is not yet available for delivery.

They treated me very well, they also have a WhatsApp number with which they provide advice on shipments and products that are yet to arrive. The postmen are very kind, if they don't find me at home they give me a call, to coordinate another day of delivery, at the time that is available.
