Yesterday (Friday) I went to see an order, I got a text message with a code that my order was in Serpost Lurin, I waited from 3pm to 5pm and it did not open. I pass by this place almost frequently and have never seen it open. Normally my orders arrive at the Serpost de Villa Maria, I don't know why they were sent to the Serpost de Lurin. In the follow-up of my product it appears that it was already delivered, when I have not received it yet. I call the number that is in the general description and they do not answer 😑😡 Updated comment: I went to the VMT Serpost and heard that a lady worked at the Lurin Serpost, I asked her what time she attended and she said "9am to 1pm (1pm to 2pm, lunch time) and from 2pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday, holidays do not attend ". After leaving the VMT serpost I went to Lurin's. And I found it open, finally, I was able to collect my two orders and I am already happy with having collected them. The lady who attended me well. Psdt. If you get a message with a number, don't delete it. It will help you find your package faster and your time at Serpost will be shorter.
