Imagine how long I was there waiting for him to answer me, that I even had time to take out my cell phone, open the camera, clean my lens and then take two photos of it. And the lady kept writing as if no one was there in front of her. So many people looking for work, and those who serve in this place seem to be paid to sit down and chat with their friends. It's the worst Serpost I know, the office looks like a bureaucratic building in sub-Saharan Africa where the staff barely manages to do the dispatches, they don't have the motivation for their work either. A package can stay in their warehouses for up to 4 months to be delivered to your home and if you go to pick it up, you have to go very early and even then they may not have it located to deliver it to you.

It is the worst serpost office, I went because on the page it appeared that I could pick up my shipment and when I went, on top of that they made me wait because they were having a snack without leaving any replacement, they attend me after 1 hour to tell me that my shipment is there but they can't deliver it to me since the courier in charge of the delivery in my area is not there and what a wait, how much inefficiency and bureaucracy, they are a reception and delivery service company, and they cannot fulfill their function. Submit my claim, the 30 days have passed and there is no response, I will submit my claim through INDECOPI.
