Notice that the lady who attended and some workers did more than an extra hour, and more people kept coming. 2. If you are going to go, try to go early and not have things pending for later. 3. If they tell you that the postman has your package, understand that you will have to wait for the postman to arrive, either to your home or to Serpost. 4. If your package is separated to be delivered, you have to wait for it to arrive at your home. Anecdote of the day I went, a lady was waiting for her packages (she arrived 10 minutes after me) but they had only found one, which was separated and waiting to be delivered. The lady was angry that she had waited and they hadn't found all the packages. The lady who attended, very kindly told her that she would have to wait because she could not pick up the package but the lady did not understand. After about 15 minutes, the lady who attended gave her her package knowing that she could not give it to her because it was already separated and registered for a postman to take it. If they tell you this, do not cause a problem or if you do not have time to go, it is preferable that you change the name of the person who will pick you up for a family member who does have time. Psdt. In order for a family member to pick up a package that has your name on it, they will have to present a letter, a copy of your ID and the tracking number of your package.
