I went to this address av. Tomas Valle block 7 s/n to make a shipment abroad plan at 7 at night and I did not wait long for my attention. The lady who attended me was very kind at all times. They accept card payment, that's great. Remember not to take your packed package because they check everything there, if it is possible, take proof of payment for the things you are sending, the final weight of the package includes the packaging.

I think that 90% of the comments refer to Customs payment, gentlemen, this is a courier company, as such it is efficient, the attention is fast, they are not friendly, but they are not rude either, if they demand payment it is through SUNAT, which is another history. Serpost is only responsible for storing and delivering correspondence. Serpost is cheap compared to DHL or other companies in the sector, rather I would say that their rates are competitive.
