This service is beyond ridiculous and absurd. I tried sending an absolutely innocuous copy of old bills from Venezuela that are worth as much as monopoly notes and they said if they accepted it they would be burnt in the next postal stage. A few days later, I tried to send a coffee mug and they said it's forbidden because it might break, and also that I couldn't send anything that doesn't have a buying receipt. Serpost is a joke and it's no wonder that their offices are always empty. Typical state-owned company mismanagement that forces people to rely on DHL.
