They do not deliver to the address, they take between one or 2 weeks, it is a hassle to go to their premises, which is not adequate for the service they offer. They say that they visited the address or that the address is incorrect. I do not recommend working with this company.

Terrible service, they don't deliver, they lie, they don't call, they say they don't have the numbers, they say they return the packages, they give a number that is always turned off. Terrible attention, the hours of attention from Monday to Friday are until 5pm, I arrived at 4:55 and reluctantly they attended me, and what's more, they closed the door so as not to attend to anyone else. On another occasion the boy who had to send home said that my address was not on his route, so the next day I had to go pick him up. I recommend picking them up at the same place once you know it's at the company, as it can take days to deliver to your home.

Until December 2021, the service was good, international packages arrived in Lima and were almost immediately sent to Cusco, where they arrived in 2 days maximum. After December I don't know what happened but now things are going wrong. My package arrived at their office in Lima on January 27, but they sent it to Cusco on February 2, it arrived in Cusco on February 5 and on the 7th they had no intention of delivering it, so I went to the office to pick it up where they have a chaos of packages, and the worst thing is that in the application they say that today, February 8, the package is on its way to my house, which is a lie
