It seems to me that they should notify me before arriving at home, yesterday I received a call from a man saying that he was at my home to deliver an order. I told him to give me a few minutes because he was on the way since I work and he replied that they can only wait 3 minutes after I went to the office to pick up the order, I asked him to send me the address of the office, the data for the pick-up and I'm still waiting. It really seems like a lousy service to me.

Terrible service... The order does not arrive on time, you do not receive a call when it supposedly arrived at your address and there is no way to communicate with them (they do not answer)

They don't deliver the orders and they don't even try to contact you. They just take a picture of where they came and go. It does not work.

The tracking shows that they send it within 72 hours, but they never appear despite being at home all those days. Then they change state to remain in the same place. Already more than two weeks and nothing that the packages appear. What are you waiting for? my purchase protection expires? No information appears on your tracking page. DISGUSTING
