Attention is a bit slow, given it's a small office (and the only one in this city). Working hours don't match the ones on their website, specifically on Saturdays. Apart from that, it's OK, the product someone sent to me arrived fine and without a minimal damage.

Not very friendly service. Be sure to bring anything you need to close your package (envelopes, scissors, glue, markers, etc) as they are really reluctant to help. Also, be aware that they don't offer home pick-up service in Cajamarca, so there's no other way than going to their office. :S

Terrible experience, the girl who attends a rough person, without education, she does everything, receives, delivers. poor service and expensive on top. I sent the envelope in Serpost and it came out at half price and arrived in 2 days
