Olva Tarapoto. They should improve home delivery. When they don't arrive on the day it says, you have to enter to see your tracking code on the web, and you are surprised that they have already 'went to your house' and that they will make one last visit. All day waiting at home (day of delivery) and the gentlemen do not knock on the door or call the number that is left in reference, for the delivery. It is not the first time that it has happened, once I lost my shipment in this way, I had to pay for another shipment.

I don't understand why, if you're a courier, you have to go pick up the packages at your place, which changes places from time to time. Ideally, any shipment would arrive home.
