Terrible attention. I made a purchase at MercadoLibre and unfortunately the seller sent it to me by this courier, they don't answer the calls, they can read your message by WhatsApp and it takes forever if they even answer it. Unlike other companies that are more organized, this one leaves a bad taste in the mouth. At most, yesterday, Monday, I had to pick up the order, because my salesman left it on Thursday, I called the central office and they told me that it was ready to pick up and that the service was normal, I went at 2:00 p.m. and the agency was closed, that's why I called them before pear not to go. A frank answer, I would have avoided spending a round trip ticket, 10 soles in vain, more than they are located on the outskirts of Paita.
