On the 20th, make a shipment from Chiclayo to Chincha of electrical appliances and sealed boxes indicating fragile. They checked all the boxes that are correctly packed and accepted them. After 3 days they call us indicating that they had broken the leg of a piece of furniture and that we should come closer. Terrible news to see that my kitchen had broken the glass lid. Without leg. bowed and sunken. Useless. Microwave sunken and bowed. You break the hinges that close the unusable door. My refrigerator cracked inside. One with so much effort buys his things so that in a bad handling they break everything. And the worst thing is that you Confidently send your things and what they have done is open the packed kitchen, clean the broken glass and repackage it again. I claimed and they tell me that they had told us that they were poorly packed. Which is false. And now they indicate that the record said that we were responsible.
