Overall it is a good company to send safely your parcels. Nevertheless, they should improve their online tracking service, It happened twice that my dispatch showed as "at destination" but it was actually not dispatched when I arrived to their office. Last but not least, one of their hostess is always telling you "have your verification code handy" in a rude way when waiting to be assisted. Likewise, one of their receptionist did not know how to properly give instructions about where to go to get our parcels. I'm giving this company 4 stars because after this bad experience, I was properly assisted by a nice receptionist other 4 times ;)
