Yesterday they sent me an order from Lima to Abancay, my relatives were told that it would arrive today at 12, I go to the company and nothing. They tell me that my package arrives at 8am. I don't understand why they don't give the information well or why they don't give reason. Terrible service. I expect my package to arrive first thing in the morning or tonight. I don't understand why it will take more than 30 hours to send a package from Lima to Abancay.

Terrible service, they do not answer calls and if they spoil your merchandise on the way, they are not responsible for the damage 馃憥 I do not recommend it at all.
