Good first impression. Company that appears to be respectful of the customer. It's the first time I've received something for it, but it seems to be popular, quite a few people were waiting in an orderly fashion to pick up their shipment, they had everything cataloged and it looked orderly. Accessible location for small and large shipments. Their rates are clear and are clearly posted.
