This Shalom has the characteristic of being for medium to large movable goods, but it receives all kinds of orders. It has a good location, since it prevents you from entering the vicinity of Plaza Norte, which is where the closest Shalom is located. However, it is common to receive poor attention from the staff that receives the parcels. I assume that the characteristic of cargo personnel is more important than service personnel in this place. However, a little training in this regard would not hurt. Today I went to leave 2 parcels, I arrived early and the only staff who attended stopped serving for breakfast, which lengthened the reception time between people who were already queuing. A little more order in the administration and a focus on the customer experience would make this Shalom one of the best.
