Terrible service. They sent me a shipment from Miraflores indicating that it would arrive in Villa María del. Triunfo in 2 days. I went to the agency 3 times and it did not arrive until a day and a half later than expected due to logistical problems, according to what they said. I asked them to send it to my address and they refuse to do so, they ask me to pick it up even though they are responsible for the delay. It is definitely an unreliable company. The telephone service took 36 minutes to respond, terrible in every way
